Furniture

Clients cover the cost of all furniture at monthly Universalis market prices, giving you full transparency while we handle the heavy lifting and design magic! (Typically I tell a client to expect to spend an amount equal to the design fee itself on furnishings, although this can greatly vary, but at the upper end that is a fairly typical number)

Extra

Looking for something special like a void build, secret room, or a completely out-of-this-world design? Specialty custom builds may include a little extra on the design fee, but trust us—it’s worth every gil to create a home that’s truly one of a kind. This will be clearly negotiated in a transparent matter before any Gil is exchanged.
